• How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our social networks: (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) by sending us a private message, but the easiest way is to place an order through our website by following these steps:

Select the desired product and fill in the required fields – such as quantity, color, personalization, or upload a photo (if applicable).

Add the product to your cart . If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the appropriate field.

Fill in your personal details , including shipping address and contact information.

Complete the order – after successful payment you will receive a confirmation by email.

• How can I customize my product?

Select the desired product and fill in the personalization options according to the given options. If you are shopping from a computer , the options will be located to the right of the product images , and if you are on a phone , you will find them below the images .

Each field is clearly described and indicates what information is required. Some fields are required, while others are optional and are marked accordingly.

If you have a special customization that is not available in the options, you can send us a request by email , and we will contact you to clarify the details.

• Can I make a group or corporate order?

For group or corporate orders, please contact us via email to discuss all the details. Depending on the volume of the order, we can offer additional discounts , personalized details and special conditions. We will be happy to cooperate with both your requirements and our suggestions to create the best solution for you.

• How long does it take to make and deliver?

Personalized products are made and delivered within 7/14 days .

Handmade products , if not in stock, can take up to 20 days to ship. If in stock, you will receive them within a few days .

After you place an order, before it is approved, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the production and delivery time.

If the deadline does not suit you, you have the option to cancel the order , and the amount will be refunded within a few hours (depending on the bank) .

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments only by card , as this is the most secure and convenient way to process transactions.

Our store delivers to Bulgaria and other European countries , including:

Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Estonia, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal and Sweden.

We will soon expand our operations to the American market , so we prefer to work only with card payments to ensure security and speed in processing orders.

• How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order when we contact you after processing it, or by contacting us via email, the contact form on the site, or our social networks .

• How and when can you return a product?

⚠️ Important information about returns, and what to do if you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Personalized and handmade products are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

For handmade products, it is normal to have slight differences in wood texture, patterns or other minor deviations, which are not considered a defect.

If the product has received actual damage during transportation or has a manufacturing defect, we will do everything possible to resolve the case.
