We understand the worry - it is the most common thing people ask us. Relax: the engraving is the photo itself. The laser does not draw from memory and does not improvise; it follows exactly the gaze you sent us.

Before we start, we carefully cut out only the eyes and prepare the file. If the photo is dark or the eyes are not clear enough, we will contact you before we start the laser - not after. We never engrave blind.

And that is why we engrave the eyes, not a whole face. The eyes are what we remember of someone - we recognise them from an old photo, from the side. The person who receives it will not see a picture. They will see a familiar gaze.

Of course. You pay on receipt - both for delivery to an address and at an Econt office. You do not need to enter a card to place the order.

Two things are worth knowing, though, if you are in a hurry or the gift travels straight to the person it is for:

A paid order starts immediately. As soon as the payment goes through, the bracelet goes into production the same day - no confirming, no waiting.

And the surprise stays whole. With cash on delivery the recipient has to pay the courier. If you would rather they simply opened the box without reaching for their wallet - you can just pay in advance, if nothing is stopping you.

It is ready in 3-5 working days, with "Express engraving" - in 1-2.

Every bracelet is made by hand, one at a time - that is why there is a lead time at all. We do not keep a warehouse of ready bracelets to pull yours from.

If the gift is for a specific date, choose the express option and write to us. Dancho puts it right on top of the pile - he is used to last-minute surprises.

Any clear photo where the eyes are easy to see. A selfie from your phone works perfectly - you do not need a photographer or a special camera.

Works best from: face to the camera, normal daylight or indoor light, eyes open and unshaded.

Harder from: sunglasses, a strong shadow across the face, a photo taken from five metres away or badly blurred.

If you are not sure - just write to us and send it. We will tell you honestly, before you worry needlessly.

And something few people ask out loud: the photo is deleted once the bracelet is ready. We do not keep it and we do not publish it anywhere.

Almost anyone's. We engrave whatever you send us:

- the eyes of a man or a woman
- of a child
- of an elderly person
- of two people on one plate - yours and your loved one's, side by side
- of the dog or the cat
- of someone who is no longer with us

If the photo is old or scanned, just write to us beforehand - we will take a look before you order.

And one customer ordered the headlights of his BMW. We engraved one eye, and the headlights next to it. The man knows why - and that is exactly the point. The plate is his, not ours. So we can engrave anything you wish + text (of your choice) on the inside.

Yes, every bracelet arrives in a dark blue gift box - ready to give, with no repacking. You do not need anything extra.

And if you are sending it straight to the person it is for - tick "This is a gift" at checkout and we hide every price from the parcel. They get the box, not the bill.

You will not find an invoice inside. If you need one - there is a tick box for that too.

We hear this almost every week - most often about men. And then those same people never take it off.

The reason is that this is not jewellery, it is steel that leaves no marks on the skin and does not rust. It does not shine, does not jingle, does not catch on clothes and does not get in the way at work. It looks like something a person wears - not like something they show off.

The plate is 3.7 cm long and 6 mm wide - about two fingers side by side. Enough for the gaze to be seen, without looking like a name tag.

The chain is 17 cm, plus a 5 cm extension - up to 22 cm in total.

It cannot wear off. The laser carves the eyes into the steel - it is not a print on top that flakes with time. The engraving is part of the metal.

It will not tarnish either. The steel is hypoallergenic, medical grade and high quality - resistant to water and sweat, and it does not irritate the skin even with constant wear.

Wear it in the shower, in the sea, at the gym and at work. We chose this material precisely because we know a gift like this never comes off.

Yes. The inside is the place for the most personal messages - there is room for both a name and a date. "Anna + 12.03.2026" or "I love you + 2026".

Just one request: keep it short and check the spelling three times. The laser does not have an eraser.

Before the laser - yes, of course. Write to us straight away and we will fix it. That is exactly why we check the text with you before we begin.

After engraving it is no longer possible - personalised products cannot be returned, because the engraving is forever, and so is the typo.
