Monthly Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The raffle is organized by "Wishifyy" LTD (Wishifyy LTD), UIC 208341411, VAT No. BG208341411, with registered office and management address: Sofia, Manastirski Livadi district, 14 Byalo Pole St. ("the Organizer"). Contact: info@wishifyy.com, tel. +359 893 009 211.

2. Period and Territorial Scope

The raffle is conducted in monthly rounds – each calendar month is a separate round. The game is indefinite; the Organizer may amend, temporarily suspend, or terminate it by publishing an announcement on this page. Changes do not have retroactive effect on a round that has already begun. The prize is delivered within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

3. Right to Participate

Individuals aged 18 and over who, during the respective calendar month, have published a review with a photo of a product purchased from the store on wishifyy.com – either through the website's review form or via the review invitation email (Judge.me) – are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate.

  • Participation is free and automatic – no additional registration, payment, or stake is required.
  • The review must be from a real customer: published with the same email used for the order, or confirmed by the system as a "verified purchase." Reviews that cannot be automatically linked to an order are manually verified by the Organizer.
  • One review = one entry in the round for the month in which it was published. Reviews published at the very end of the month and technically processed after midnight are included in the round of their publication month, provided the draw for that month has not yet taken place.
  • The total number of entries per customer (cumulative for all rounds) cannot exceed the number of their paid orders in the store.
  • The content and rating of the review do not affect participation – positive and critical reviews participate on an equal footing. The only conditions are that the review must be authentic and contain a photo.

4. Drawing and Prize

  • The winner is determined electronically, at random, on the 1st day of the month following the respective round.
  • The prize is one personalized gift of choice from the prize collection listed on the page Raffle – in the form of a one-time 100% discount code for the value of the selected product, valid for 60 days from issuance.
  • The code is personal, single-use, cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent, and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Delivery of the prize is carried out under the standard conditions of the store.
  • If the code is not used within its validity period, the right to the prize expires; no new draw for the same round will be conducted.

5. Notification and Publicity

The winner is notified by email, using the email address with which the review was published, within 3 days of the draw. Other participants may receive a one-time notification that the draw for the round has been completed. The winner's first name (and optionally – city or a photo of the prize) will be published on the website only with their explicit consent.

6. Transparency of incentivized reviews

For full clarity: customers who publish a review with a photo or video, in addition to participating in the raffle, also receive a one-time 15% discount code for their next order (valid for 30 days; issued to customers with a paid order made with the same email). Both the raffle and the code are provided for the act of publishing a review with a photo – never in exchange for a specific rating or content.

7. Disqualification

The Organizer may exclude from the raffle (and cancel issued codes for) reviews that are inauthentic, copied, contain unauthorized use of third-party photos, are published by individuals without a real order, or constitute any other abuse of the game's mechanics.

8. Personal Data

The data controller for personal data is "Wishifyy" LTD. For the purposes of the raffle, the following are processed: name and email from the published review and data about the participant's orders (to verify the conditions under item 3), based on the fulfillment of these terms and the legitimate interest of the Organizer. The data is stored for the period necessary for the conduct and accounting of the game. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Photos in which people are recognizable are published on the website only with explicit consent; for individuals under 18 years of age – only with the consent of a parent/guardian.

9. Other

The raffle is not a gambling game within the meaning of the Gambling Act – participation does not require a stake. For unresolved matters, Bulgarian legislation applies. Disputes are resolved in a spirit of goodwill, and if not possible – in the manner provided by law; the supervisory body is the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
